What you can do is by following this few steps :
-click start, run
-Type 'msconfig' at run empty box
-System configuration utility will appear
-select startup tab
-uncheck which programs that you dont want to start on startup
-click on apply, then ok
-restart your pc to make your pc configure correctly.

Protect your files with password.
1.select files and zip it;
- right click on file, send to compressed (zipped) folder
- open the zip file, click on file on top
- click add password and confirm password, now your file is protected.

Make folder visible
2.select target file.
- right click on it,click on properties
- select customize tab, click change icon
- choose the disappear icon and click ok.
- then you only can see your folder name because your folder image already disappear
- click on your folder name then pls select all the folder name.
- then hold alt key, type in 0160, this step will make your folder name lost from your eyes.
- try to select all the page that contain your folder
- U will see one small blue image then click on it, that's your visible folder ;)

Disable Right Click on the Desktop

To Disable the ability to Right Click on the Desktop, open the registry and Navigate to either [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersionPolicies\ Explorer] which disables right click for only the current user or [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\WindowsCurrentVersion\ Policies\Explorer] which disables the right click for all users. Now either modify or create a new DWORD value named NoViewContextMenu and set the value data to 1. Now, exit the registry, and restart your computer for the change to take effect.

An invaluable tool for identifying rogue processes on your PC is the Windows Task Manager.
Pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete simultaneously brings up the Windows Security dialog box, which presents you with six options: Lock Computer, Log Off, Shut Down, Change Password, Task Manager and Cancel. Clicking on Task Manager will open a list of all the applications you have open.
Look through the applications list for any programs that have stopped responding. Close them accordingly by highlighting each one and clicking End Task.

If that doesn't speed things up, click on the Processes tab to see the complete list of programs running on your PC. The third column titled CPU indicates the percentage of the processor each process is currently using. Windows updates the list frequently so you might notice the numbers change automatically.
Click on the CPU column heading to sort the list into ascending order. Click it again to re-sort the list so processes utilising the CPU the most (indicated by higher numbers) are at the top. Ignoring System Idle Process, identify any processes with high CPU values. If you're unsure if it needs to be running, type the process name into Google to find its purpose.

At this point, it is a good idea to save any open documents. To close a problematic program, highlight it in the Windows Task Manager and click End Process. Click Yes on the warning pop-up that follows.
If nothing looks out of the ordinary in CPU usage, check to see if any processes are hogging the memory by clicking on the Mem Usage column. Similarly, highlight any runaway processes and click End Process to free up some memory.

Disable balloon help

To disable balloon pop-ups, click Start > Run, type regedit and hit Enter. In the left column, drill down to HKEY_CURRENT_ USER > Software > Microsoft > Windows > Current Version > Explorer > Advanced. Right-click anywhere in the right column, select New > DWORD Value, and rename it EnableBalloonTips. Double-click this new entry, and give it a hexadecimal value of 0. Then close the Registry Editor and restart your computer. Just be careful; Registry mistakes are irreversible
