- If can't access to the email when using http://webmail.tm.net.my
- Please be remind maybe your password has be changed. Please call 100 for technical department to reset your password because currently TM is disabling all old default password.

FOR WHOM USING OWN MAIL SERVER :-

- If can't sent out your mail but can receive maybe your smtp servers has been changed to this settings smtp-proxy.tm.net.my.
- Please call 100 for technical dept for email settings assistance.

** before call please make sure that u already checked your email setup, your email domain.
